Reverend Joyce is the founder of Joyce Wealth Management, a financial services firm, as well as a founder of the Memphis Academy of Health Sciences (MAHS) a public charter middle school in North Memphis. Derrick is also an active member of Memphis' chapter of the 100 Black Men.
