Veritas College Preparatory Charter School prepares Memphis students in grades six through eight to enter high school as accomplished scholars and to contribute to their communities as ethical leaders. Veritas Prep's Founder and Executive Director, Tim Ware, is one of three Building Excellent Schools Fellows to open a school in Memphis. Veritas Prep provides our scholars with 194 days of rigorous instruction in a highly structured, well disciplined, safe environment. Our school day begins each morning at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. Veritas Prep's scholars will take two periods of Mathematics and two periods of Language Arts each day.
